As we always read in bloggersphere, they claims that their blog is a do follow blog.
However the asnwer is only my theory. But as this theory is derived and yet to be prove as a good practice.

Hi, nice to have you here. I am Pangeran Wiguan, the author of this mere blog. So what do you think about it?
Anyway, my current location is in Malaysia, state of Sarawak, Miri City.
Now something about myself. I come from a native tribe in borneo. You can read more details about my ethnic here. The only thing that was not included in the Wikipedia is, my ethnic is also a head hunters.
I also have a Chinese blood I got from my mother which hold the surname of LAW.
