Setting Up A Blog With Other Identity

In my last post, Take Off To Clickbank Wealth, I mentioned about making an empty blog and then do some keyword research.

I have finish setting up the old domain into an empty blog and then I do some keyword brain storming.  Yes, I brain storm the main keywords using my own brain while reading the sales page of the product that I want to promote.  This main keyword later will be used to generate more keywords that will be the “child keywords”.

Now I am on the step where I need to setup this old domain with all the main keywords and also setting up new identity that is not myself.  I don’t want this niche to be combined and being promoted using my real identity because I want to protect this niche from my competitors.

Here is my actions plan.

  1. Optimized the basic settings. (Done)
  2. Install theme. (Done)
  3. Install plugins. (Done)
  4. Feedburner. (Done)
  5. Google Webmasters Tools (Done)
  6. Yahoo! Site Explorer (Done)
  7. Live Search Webmasters Tools (Done)
  8. WordPress.com blog with the same subdomain name with my main domain.
  9. Blogspot.com with the same subdomain name with my main domain.

I will post my “diary” and updates about me doing some Clickbank marketing. :-)

This is my to do list for now.

  1. I have an old domain, I will need to find a product with decent quality that I think will sell well.
  2. Point the old domain to my web hosting and setup an empty WordPress blog there.
  3. Do some keyword research about the product.  Buy new domain related to the selected keyword and then point to my web hosting and setup an empty WordPress blog there.
