Submit Your Blog To MSN
We’ve been submitting our blog to Google Webmaster’s Tools, Yahoo! Site Explorer and now we want to submit our blog to MSN.
The step is identical to both two, in fact much more simpler.
First thing first, you need to have LIVE ID. ?To get this, simply have a hotmail or live email account.
- http://www.bing.com/webmaster
- Add Site
- Enter your website address and your sitemap address. I recommending you to put the .xml format. Enter your email and click submit.
- The authenticate your website just like you verified your website at Google and Yahooo! Choose the upload html file.
- Done
That simple.

Submitting your sitemaps to search engines is a great way to discover problems with indexing or ranking. Just don’t expect this step to actually increase your traffic. Provided your site is well optimized, the search engines probably already found all of your pages.

In my experience bing is the easiest search engine to get rankings on. Unfortunately they do not get much search volume. So even with good rankings you won’t get much traffic from bing.

I think most people probably skip submitting their site to bing. People normally focus their energy on Google & Yahoo instead. Still it can be a good idea if you want to get your pages indexed and ranked quicker.
