Today I’ve created a new website.
It’s just a static webpage.
Well, actually it’s my friendster profile self hosted.

Ha ha ha…
Yes, I’m a friendster addict also…
I just want to share with you that when I try to submit my website to Live Search formerly known as MSN, it said…

Invalid website address.

I createt this website based on XHTML Strict document type.
Well, I only have two errors. That is from the adverts javascripts.
What to do?
I’m not expertise in this area… :-)

Then, I’ve checked it with CSS…
And I’ve passed the validator!
But with four warnings… :-(

This is my website look like.
I don’t know why the footer doesn’t comes out…
Sigh… Maybe I’m just not talented?
And my hosting sponsor’s ads ruined the body section…
Hmm… It’s okay… Because I’m the admin of Gratis2 Hosting, the sponsor hosting for this website,
I can disable the ads, but why the footer doesn’t comes out doesn’t make sense to me…

Now, regarding the Live Search…

I am a SEO minded webmaster ( Uh, am I deserve to be called webmaster? ) so I do SEO on all my website.

  • Meta description
  • Meta keywords
  • Submit to major search engine
  • Etc

I’ve no problem submitting this website to Google Webmaster Tool and Yahoo Site Explorer.
But when I try to submit it to Live Search Webmaster Central…
It said, my address is invalid.

Why?

See the subdomain there?
That’s why I make my own conclusion that Live search doesn’t accept subdomain…

Any SEO master out there can explain this?
I don’t know wheter my theory is correct or not…
Correct me if I’m wrong…
