Burnt Out While Blogging - What To Do?

I hate doing this anymore!
You still have many task to do.
A fun task for you for all this while, but why you seems to be so hard to accomplished it.
Make it in a forcefully move, type, think, cracking your head on how the paragraph will separate from each other.
You want to hurry to finish this post.

YOU ARE BURNT OUT!
I have been through that. Here’s how I make my own remedy…
Micro Sleep
I will find a quite place or stuck my "cup style" earphone in my ear(without on the music) just to get relax and take a nap. If you’re in the office, going to the wash room might be a good idea of not being disturb.
While if you’re in your house, just head to bed and sleep….
Do Breath Exercise
I always do breath exercise. Besides putting out fire in your situation, it also reduce stress and yes, it cleans your lungs. So many benefits but never know it before eh?
Here’s how I do it.
- Sit up straight, but in relax conditions. Your shoulder should feel free.
- Now take deep breath. You should let the air go into your lungs and not your stomach.
- Make a visions in your mind that the oxygen will flow into your brain.
Works for me! - Hold it.
- Then release.
- Repeat 3-8 times. If you do it too much you will feel dizzy… Too much of a good thing will be bad.
Do Physical Exercise
When we do physical exercise, there’s a hormone in our body that called adrenaline. This hormone is release when we do physical excessive, when we are happy, when we are excited, when we are afraid, and also while having sex!
Yes, having sex also a physical exercise! In fact, it was a pleasurable exercise, only if and if only done correctly…
For me, doing a push up or sit up is just enough… You can search Google for various kind of exercise that you can do.
p/s: Sometimes I exercise by practicing silat.
Take a Bath
Yeah, take a bath. A spa treatment if you can afford it. I never go for a spa treatment, I just take a bath. Use shower to massage your back.
A strong current may results a better satisfaction.
Take a Deep Sleep
Taking a deep sleep may refresh and restore your effectiveness. When your work is effective and efficient, mean the burnt out feeling have gone! Congratulation…
That’s how I overcome a burnt out situation while blogging or even at work.
