A webmaster manage several websites.
These websites may be a blog, a forum, a social networking site, an image hosting site, a webhosting site, or even a plain static html website.

A blogger manage a blog.
Or several blogs.

A webmaster install all dynamic website manually so it will be more secure and clean.

A blogger ask someone to install it or just use autoinstaller.

A webmaster prefer to write a post using html editor such as Dreamweaver and then paste it in the html mode in the post area.

A blogger prefer to write the post in the visual editor or something that we called wysiwyg editor.

A webmaster back up his site regularly.

A blogger is fully depend on their webhosting provider to do the back up for him/her.

A webmaster know how to monetize their website, while there’s only some bloggers really know how to monetize their website.

A webmaster work behind the scenes most of the time.

A blogger always sell themself.

A webmaster is not always own the website he/she manage. He/she is hired by a blogger. ;-)

A blogger always the owner of his blog. If he/she write on someone else blog, that’s called guest posting.

 

And what is beautiful?
