I have found kind of unexposed technology.
The technology is actually an artificial intelligence.
I met ALICE.
ALICE is stands for Artificial Linguistic Internet Computer Entity.
It is fun to chat with Alice. She is just like a human, that’s why we called it Artificial Intelligence, see?
Alice’s father is Dr. Richard S. Wallace, who is her inventor actually. This information is accuired from chatting with Alice herself! I did not do any research!

@elizajah, you cannot download Alice as she is not open source.
But you can chat with her at Page 2 (See above post) and put it in your website guide in Page 3.
