Must Have WordPress Plugin

I’ve been visiting many blogs that was built on wordpress platform. ?Great! ?The blogs owner have made the right decission to built their blog on wordpress. ?For me it’s the best script to handle a blog.
I know some of you and indeed some of big boys don’t even use wordpress, they use drupla instead. ?But to show you wordpress is indeed a good cms too, yahoo, msn and major corporation uses wordpress to handle their blogs…
Don’t believe it?
Try check it for your self.
- Go to any yahoo or msn owned blog.
- Then press ctr+u.
- Then press ctr+f.
- Then find this?name=”generator” content=”WordPress
- Every blog that was built with wordpress will have this meta name attribute.
Now let’s go back to the point.

What Webmasters Need To Know?

On my last post titled “Are You a Webmaster Or Just a Blogger?“, I mentioned a thin line between a blogger and a webmaster.
But as times goes by, I am thinking to myself what webmasters need to know?
I mean what actually all webmasters need to master before he/she can claim themself as a webmaster.
In my opinion, they should know…
Are You a Webmaster Or Just a Blogger?

?A webmaster manage several websites.
These websites may?be a blog, a forum, a social networking site, an image hosting site, a webhosting site, or even a plain static html website.
A blogger manage a blog.
Or several blogs.
A webmaster install all dynamic website manually so it will be more secure and clean.
A blogger ask someone to install it or just use autoinstaller.
Work Alone Or As a Team?

Do you have been working in a team?
Or do you wish to be in a team?
For those who have been working in a team, it’s not as what you expect isn’t it? ?And for those who always thinking that when you have your own team, your life will be a lot of easier? ?Well, you wrong. 
?
Participating a team, or group doesn’t mean it will ease your way doing some hard task.
In fact, sometimes you are asked to do things that you hate to do.
When that’s happen you’ll lost your passion, and the quality of your work will decrease.
It’s like having your parent behind when you go to night clubs at your teen age… 
There’s feel a “limited freedom” in all you do.
?
But be in a team is not that bad at all too.
If you have a good team member, a good team leader especially intelligent and hardworking, and even understand your needs, it’s will feel like you’ve been spoiled by your grandmother instead…
The works will become more harder, but of course it will become “almost perfect” as other team member can comments and critize your work. ?Better them saying that, then an outsider. Am I right?

When working as a team.
Please don’t expect you will have other do your job.
That’s very wrong and acan edns up with disatisfied and fights among the team member.
So, beware.
